What You'll Do8

  • 1Calibrate inspection, measurement, and test equipment per detailed work instructions, recording results in the CMMS.
  • 2Identify out-of-tolerance conditions and perform corrective actions, including adjustments and component replacements.
  • 3Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to guarantee reliable performance, monitoring PLC or HMI logic for deviations.
  • 4Use and maintain primary, secondary, and working calibration standards with precision.
  • 5Complete work order documentation accurately and thoroughly for every task.
  • 6Recommend and implement solutions for waste and workflow interrupters to boost throughput.
  • 7Engage in development opportunities and cross-train to elevate team capabilities.
  • 8Communicate system status clearly to operators and key partners after each intervention.

Requirements5

  • 12+ years of hands-on calibration experience with pressure, temperature, airflow, and speed sensors.
  • 2Proven PLC troubleshooting skills and electrical troubleshooting expertise.
  • 3Associate's degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
  • 4Familiarity with calibration and maintenance management systems.
  • 5Working knowledge of NFPA 70E electrical safety standards.
