What You'll Do10
- 1Build and repair complex automotive systems including engines and transmissions to factory specifications
- 2Diagnose malfunctions using hand-held devices and manufacturer training and complete repair orders with accurate documentation
- 3Collaborate with service writers on parts and additional work while communicating changes to management
- 4Conduct multi-point inspections and road tests to verify repair quality and safety
- 5Document cause and correction, specifications, and pertinent repair information for warranty and internal records
- 6Maintain CSI targets and participate in manufacturer training programs to stay current with technology
- 7Assist and mentor junior technicians, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive shop environment
- 8Ensure compliance with safety, hazardous materials handling, and regulatory requirements
- 9Prioritize customer vehicle care, return vehicles clean, and ensure timely completion of work
- 10Utilize tools and equipment efficiently to maintain technician proficiency and support shop operations
Requirements10
- 1Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- 2Previous automotive technician experience
- 3ASE certifications heavily preferred
- 4Hyundai Certified and/or Manufacturer certifications preferred
- 5Must have basic tools
- 6Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening
- 7Ability to work as part of a team and handle repetitive, complex tasks
- 8Strong technical and mechanical skills with a focus on quality and safety
- 9Commitment to continuous learning through training and development
- 10Must be able to work onsite in Denver, Colorado
