We seek an Auto Painter Helper to efficiently prepare vehicles for painting at our Service Center West Frisco location. The ideal candidate will support the Auto Painter by sanding buffing and maintaining the paint booth ensuring compliance with Caliber and OEM standards. What You'll Do5
- 1Sand and buff vehicle surfaces while maintaining the paint booth and workspace
- 2Repair vehicles thoroughly following safety protocols and OEM guidelines
- 3Utilize state-of-the-art equipment to achieve professional finish results
- 4Own and operate paint booth maintenance tasks independently
- 5Drive efficiency through prioritization of competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
Requirements5
- 11+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
- 2Be at least 18 years old
- 3Possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance
- 4Nice to have Collision Vo-Tech certification
- 5Ability to perform physical activities including lifting objects over 50 lbs
