AUTO INSURANCE DISTRICT MANAGER BILINGUAL AMTEX INSURANCE

Lead a diverse team of bilingual agents across multiple locations to deliver exceptional customer service. Oversee hiring processes and daily operations while fostering a positive workplace culture. Drive performance through clear goal setting and continuous development.
What You'll Do7
- 1Manage multiple locations with agents designated within a geographic zone
- 2Screen applicants interview and hire new agents
- 3Promote positive attitude to ensure excellent customer service skills are being utilized when Agents are interacting with customers as well as with the other team members
- 4Monitor agents for attendance and other disciplinary issues including cell phone use personal calls and employee performance of job function
- 5Create and implement weekly work schedule for agents
- 6Handle any escalated customer service issues that may arise
- 7Direct and observe agents to ensure performance of tasks and customer service levels are being met
Requirements4
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing insurance teams
- 3Insurance Producer License (Preferred)
- 4Life Insurance License (Preferred)

$45 - $75k per year
