- 15+ years managing bilingual client support operations
- 2AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- 3Spark and Airflow expertise for data processing tasks
- 45+ years handling complex client interactions
- 5Dental insurance and Healthcare benefits administration experience
- 6Strong negotiation skills for policy renewals
- 7Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- 8Proven leadership in team development initiatives
- 9Certified bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- 10Project management certification preferred
