What You'll Do8
- 1Build and execute full collision repairs including fender replacements and frame rebuilds
- 2Design and perform precision panel and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specifications
- 3Drive quality reassembly focusing on tightened bolts perfect welds and meticulous attention to detail
- 4Maintain physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs and operate heavy equipment safely
- 5Collaborate with painters estimators and office staff as part of a team-first culture
- 6Utilize advanced equipment and industry-leading products such as 3M solutions
- 7Implement no-shortcuts mentality by blueprinting repairs and fixing them correctly the first time
- 8Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness by prioritizing tidiness and proper procedures
Requirements8
- 15+ years experience with frame and structural repairs using Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading auto body technicians
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified for collision systems knowledge
