What You'll Do5
- 1Clean all vehicles before final delivery following Caliber and OEM standards
- 2Shuttle customers and vehicles to appropriate locations while maintaining service tools and equipment
- 3Follow detailed procedures to ensure quality outcomes within the first 90 days
- 4Drive performance improvements by understanding written and verbal instructions
- 5Prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Requirements5
- 1Must be 21 years of age or older
- 2Valid driver’s license and eligibility for Caliber insurance
- 3Ability to perform physical activities such as reaching above and below shoulders kneeling bending and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- 4Nice to have collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification
- 5Strong communication skills to explain instructions clearly
