What You'll Do7
- 1Build and perform full collision repairs including fender replacements and frame rebuilds
- 2Execute panel and structural work to restore vehicles to factory specifications
- 3Drive quality reassembly with meticulous attention to fit and finish
- 4Maintain a safe and tidy work location at all times
- 5Utilize advanced equipment such as 3M products and industry‑leading tools
- 6Own the repair process from diagnosis to completion within the first 90 days
- 7Scale services to meet high demand while adhering to strict safety protocols
Requirements8
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading automotive service teams
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4AWS Certified cloud fundamentals
- 55+ years constructing and straightening vehicle frames
- 6Physical fitness to lift up to 50lbs
- 7Team‑first attitude collaborating with painters estimators and front office staff
- 8Eligibility to work in the U.S. without restrictions
