Auto Body General Manager Seattle
Overview
The Auto Body General Manager at Gerber Payroll Services leads the Seattle store to deliver exceptional customer experiences while overseeing daily operations. This role drives performance through the Wow Operating Way plan and ensures operational excellence across all departments.
What You'll Do18
- 1Ensure consistent execution of Wow Operating Way plan
- 2Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center
- 3Forecast target and track monthly sales profit and expense objectives
- 4Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews
- 5Monitor and maintain all accounts payable and accounts receivable related to the Collision Center
- 6Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times
- 7Monitor all maintenance required for all shop equipment including the paint booth
- 8Provide training for all staff as necessary
- 9Ensure all staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code
- 10Open and close the facility daily as per established procedures
- 11Conduct or coordinate daily production meetings to confirm throughput and delivery dates
- 12Manage all estimates to ensure labor mix is within established standards
- 13Manage store capacity
- 14Lead and manage all repair facility personnel
- 15Facilitate monthly Health and Safety and staff meetings
- 16Attend monthly manager meetings
- 17Attend training information sessions and workshops recommended by Senior Leadership Team
- 18Store CSI performance review and follow up within 24 hours
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Post-Secondary Education or equivalent
- 3Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
- 4Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- 5Ability to consistently demonstrate a successful client experience
- 6Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- 7Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills
Salary Insight
$90 - $118k per year
