What You'll Do8
- 1Diagnose and repair Audi vehicles across engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, suspension, ADAS, and MMI using ODIS.
- 2Execute repairs to factory specifications with speed and accuracy, avoiding shortcuts.
- 3Complete repair orders with precise documentation of work, findings, and parts.
- 4Stay current on Audi technical bulletins and software updates.
- 5Test drive vehicles to validate diagnostics and confirm repair quality.
- 6Communicate technical findings to service advisors for accurate guest updates.
- 7Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation reflecting the Audi brand standard.
- 8Contribute to a culture where diagnostic excellence and professionalism are baseline.
Requirements8
- 1Audi dealership experience strongly preferred; Volkswagen experience a plus.
- 2Audi OEM certifications preferred; Master or Master Guild status a significant advantage.
- 3Strong diagnostic ability with complex, multi-system Audi problems.
- 4ODIS diagnostic platform experience required.
- 5Consistent quality workmanship and low comeback rate.
- 6ASE certifications a strong plus.
- 7Strong work ethic and professional reliability.
- 8Valid driver's license with a clean record.
