What You'll Do8
- 1Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions on Audi models, following dealer and factory standards.
- 2Perform maintenance and repairs as outlined on repair orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- 3Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors to manage production and keep customers informed.
- 4Conduct multi-point inspections to recommend necessary services for safety and reliability.
- 5Document all work performed on each vehicle, maintaining detailed repair orders.
- 6Keep inventory of personal technician tools, excluding special tools supplied by the dealership.
- 7Stay current on factory technical bulletins and attend sponsored training classes.
- 8Deliver exceptional customer service to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
Requirements6
- 12+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
- 2High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3Automotive technical training (varies by store needs).
- 4Attention to detail and strong organization skills.
- 5Valid in-state driver's license and acceptable safe driving record.
- 6Passion for cars and customer service.
