Overview
We are seeking a Trailblazer to shape the AI-driven future as an Associate Product Manager at Salesforce. Starting Summer 2027 you will own agentic features and drive impact globally. This 2-year rotational role blends technical depth with leadership to build AI-first solutions.
What You'll Do11
- 1Embed within small AI pods to rapidly prototype and iterate on agentic features
- 2Analyze user needs to define autonomous agent solutions for complex problems
- 3Define success metrics for agent telemetry and grounding quality
- 4Study market trends and competitor frameworks to inform product strategy
- 5Partner with designers and engineers to build seamless human-AI experiences
- 6Evangelize product vision through stakeholder presentations
- 7Deliver end-to-end ownership of product initiatives in fast-paced cycles
- 8Collaborate in small teams to address shifting technology demands
- 9Apply AI literacy with LLMs and autonomous agents
- 10Manage multiple projects while adapting to evolving tech landscapes
- 11Drive decisions with incomplete information in ambiguous environments
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering Computer Science or related field
- 2Proven internship in product management or technical roles
- 3Deep interest in LLMs autonomous agents and data architecture
- 4Ability to meet commitments under rapid AI release cycles
- 5Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
- 6Experience with iterative prototyping and user testing
- 7Familiarity with agent orchestration concepts like tool use and multi-agent coordination
- 8Track record of end-to-end ownership in ambiguous settings
- 9Exposure to responsible AI practices including trust safety and ethics
- 10Experience with AI APIs and developer tools such as OpenAI Anthropic LangChain
- 11Understanding of agentic workflow design and execution

$132 - $146k per year
