Overview
Lead enterprise reporting and control frameworks driving Order-to-Cash performance at Campbell’s. Own reporting dashboards and analytics while serving as BI subject matter expert. What You'll Do12
- 1Drive development and delivery of standardized dashboards and reporting including monthly performance and SLA tracking
- 2Analyze performance trends identify risks and provide actionable recommendations
- 3Serve as BI subject matter expert ensuring consistency in data definitions and reporting standards
- 4Define standards and governance frameworks for Accounts Receivable SOX audit financial operational and system controls
- 5Maintain a comprehensive controls inventory ensuring standardized documentation compliance and timely remediation
- 6Own HighRadius system administration supporting Cash Applications and Deductions Management
- 7Monitor system interfaces and control reports to ensure data integrity across platforms
- 8Primary escalation point for user-identified issues leading root cause analysis and resolution
- 9Drive prioritization of system enhancements working cross-functionally with business teams
- 10Supervise and mentor one direct report providing development and building business acumen
- 11Oversee Partner Brand processes including chargebacks journal entries and account reconciliations
- 12Ensure accuracy timeliness and proper financial treatment of associated transactions
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 25+ years experience with data tools
- 3Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration
- 4Proven analytical skills evaluating complex data and identifying actionable solutions
- 5Excellent communication skills presenting financial insights to diverse audiences
- 6Ability to work independently managing cross-functional initiatives
- 7Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities including defining issues gathering data establishing facts and developing solutions
- 8Strong project management skills delivering results within timelines
- 9Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with financial systems and reporting tools
- 10Prior CPG experience
- 11Experience with financial ERP systems SAP ECC preferred and data visualization tools Power BI or Microstrategy
