What You'll Do11
- 1Execute enterprise-wide HSW strategy and governance models aligned with business goals
- 2Partner with executive leadership to establish performance indicators and management review processes
- 3Provide expert advice on construction health and safety matters
- 4Serve as advisor for internal business partners on HSW transformation and culture development
- 5Lead delivery of complex HSW programs across diverse portfolios and geographic regions
- 6Conduct site inspections and safety audits to assess performance and identify corrective actions
- 7Develop and deliver health and safety training programs and industry-specific solutions
- 8Assess organizational risks through audits and facilitate incident investigations
- 9Lead safety culture initiatives and design leadership development programs
- 10Support business development activities and expand HSW consulting services
- 11Mentor and develop professionals toward building mature safety cultures
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- 210+ years progressive HSW leadership experience
- 3Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive organizational change
- 4Understanding of US and Canadian regulatory requirements including OSHA and ISO standards
- 5Certifications such as Certified Safety Professional or CRSP
- 6Experience with ISO 45001 and risk management frameworks
- 7Strong business acumen and experience supporting Fortune 500 organizations
- 8Knowledge of construction safety consulting and enterprise program management
- 9Proficiency in ISO 14001 and 9001 standards
- 10Excellent executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- 11Demonstrated track record in audit and compliance program development
