What You'll Do10

  • 1Build a full patient schedule within your first 90 days, managing a high volume of new and existing patients.
  • 2Perform full-scope general dentistry, including restorative, surgical, and preventive procedures, using CBCT and digital workflows.
  • 3Place implants and expand procedural scope to include endo, ortho, and extractions as skills grow.
  • 4Collaborate with a seasoned dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and high clinical standards.
  • 5Utilize soft-tissue lasers for periodontal and soft tissue procedures, improving patient outcomes.
  • 6Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans, leveraging 3D printing for same-day restorations.
  • 7Mentor and guide support staff daily, fostering a culture of continuous learning and patient satisfaction.
  • 8Drive practice growth through proactive patient communication and follow-up, ensuring retention and referrals.
  • 9Manage your schedule to optimize production, consistently meeting or exceeding daily production goals.
  • 10Participate in ongoing professional development sessions, focusing on advanced implant and surgical techniques.

Requirements10

  • 1DDS/DMD or equivalent degree from an accredited dental school.
  • 25+ years of clinical experience in general dentistry, with a strong focus on restorative and surgical procedures.
  • 3Proficiency with CBCT imaging and digital impression systems, including 3D printing.
  • 4Experience placing implants and performing surgical extractions is preferred.
  • 5Bilingual Spanish is a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse patient populations.
  • 6Hold a valid Arizona dental license and CPR certification.
  • 7Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-patient-volume environment.
  • 8Proven track record of building patient relationships and maintaining high retention rates.
  • 9Comfortable with soft-tissue lasers and PRF preparation for enhanced healing.
