- 7Identify and resolve day-to-day technical and operational problems using judgment
- 8Communicate effectively with store leadership team associates and customers
- 9Work in active environment requiring movement of items up to 40 lbs
- 10Use specialized equipment and handle exposure to dust and noise
- 11Flexible retail schedule adapting to seasonal changes and location-specific trends
Requirements5
- 15+ years of experience in position or specialization
- 2Ability to operate Point of Sale systems other in-store computerized systems and telephone
- 3Strong communication skills for exchanging ideas with leadership team associates and customers
- 4Concrete experience with POS systems and technical problem solving
- 5Physical stamina to work in active environment moving heavy items
