- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons managing retail teams
- 3Ability to work independently and within teams
- 4Strong customer service and communication skills
- 5Experience interpreting company policies and procedures
- 6Proven ability to develop and guide employee performance
- 7Understanding of budgeting and personnel cost management
- 8Experience operating cash registers and equipment
- 9Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- 10High school diploma or equivalent
- 11Minimum 3 years retail experience
