What You'll Do11
- 1Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment
- 2Lead by example in all company operations including client experience and personal sales expectations
- 3Maintain a professional and clean salon environment
- 4Establish clear goals and objectives for team members
- 5Provide coaching and training to improve daily performance
- 6Generate sales reports and maintain inventory
- 7Assist the Salon Director in controlling revenue and expenses
- 8Help control staffing levels to maximize productivity and customer service
- 9Work nights and weekends as required
- 10Manage multiple situations simultaneously in a fast-paced setting
- 11Foster a sense of urgency to achieve objectives
Requirements11
- 1College education preferred but not required
- 2Management or sales experience preferred but not required
- 3Basic computer skills (Word Excel Outlook)
- 4Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
- 5Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices
- 6Problem-solving and organizational planning skills
- 7Strong leadership abilities with coaching and mentoring experience
- 8Team building and delegation capabilities
- 9Physical stamina for standing and walking long periods
- 10Ability to lift heavy items and clean tanning equipment
