Overview
You will own daily operations of Wingstop in Houston, ensuring food quality, service speed, and team performance. What You'll Do7
- 1Oversee daily operations, including food prep, service, and cash handling
- 2Train and supervise team members on Wingstop standards and procedures
- 3Maintain inventory levels and place supply orders using computerized systems
- 4Resolve customer complaints and special requests on the spot
- 5Ensure the store opens and closes per checklist, ready for health inspections
- 6Monitor food safety and sanitation, enforcing ServSafe practices
- 7Assist with staff scheduling and timekeeping in the payroll system
Requirements7
- 11+ year assistant manager experience in quick service or full service restaurant
- 2High school diploma or equivalent
- 3Strong knowledge of food production and catering services
- 4Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of 5+
- 5Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- 6Problem-solving skills for customer and operational issues
- 7Proficiency with inventory software and scheduling tools
