You report to the General Manager and supervise a crew of 10-15, including Shift Managers. You train and develop staff, manage cash, and uphold safety standards. This role builds on fast-food management experience and offers a path to General Manager, with monthly bonuses and weekly pay.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Train and develop team members, including Shift Managers, on Good Times values and procedures

  • 3Enforce safety and sanitation standards across kitchen and dining areas
  • 4Handle daily cash reconciliation and secure deposits
  • 5Resolve employee relations issues and promote a positive work culture
  • 6Deliver an exceptional guest experience, resolving complaints promptly
  • 7Manage inventory and labor costs to meet budget targets
  • 8Coordinate with GM on scheduling and shift coverage

Requirements7

  • 1Recent fast-food management experience
  • 2Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • 3Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
  • 4Proficient in English
  • 51+ years in a supervisory role preferred
  • 6High school diploma or equivalent
  • 7Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
