What You'll Do8

  • 1Build and manage weekly staff schedules using 7shifts, balancing labor costs with coverage.
  • 2Lead shift briefings to align team on execution of FATURGER and BUFFALO EXPRESS service standards.
  • 3Debug and coordinate repairs for POS systems, grills, and refrigeration units to minimize downtime.
  • 4Own the resolution of customer complaints, turning negative feedback into repeat visits.
  • 5Drive employee performance reviews, setting clear goals and documenting progress.
  • 6Implement updated store policies and train staff on food safety and cash handling procedures.
  • 7Monitor inventory levels and place orders with suppliers to prevent stockouts.
  • 8Assist the Store Manager in analyzing sales data to adjust labor and food costs.

Requirements7

  • 12+ years of supervisory experience in a full-service or quick-service restaurant.
  • 2Proven ability to manage a team of 10+ in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • 3Working knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office for scheduling and reporting.
  • 4ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • 5Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • 6Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • 7High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in hospitality is a plus.
