What You'll Do11
- 1Lead staff to uphold performance standards and mission alignment
- 2Create positive work climate and cohesive team environment
- 3Communicate concerns to on-call staff and management
- 4Maintain services and documentation per regulatory requirements
- 5Oversee medical clinical and financial needs of residents
- 6Transport residents to medical recreational activities
- 7Build relationships with funding sources and community partners
- 8Monitor petty cash within budgetary limits
- 9Provide interim coverage during supervisor absence
- 10Maintain core certifications such as CPR/FA and OSHA
- 11Coordinate documentation flow and program duties
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED with associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- 2Minimum one year experience with developmental or psychiatric disabilities
- 3Proven leadership ability and shift leadership experience
- 4Valid driver's license with one year driving experience
- 5Excellent written and oral communication skills
- 6Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- 7Ability to lift 30 pounds and climb stairs
- 8Normal vision and hearing without corrective devices
- 9Acceptable CORI results per agency policy
