- 6Maintain compliance policies and procedures
- 7Assist manager with rent collection and ledger management
- 8Manage petty cash and bank deposits
- 9Handle delinquent rent and eviction processes
- 10Maintain curb appeal and community standards
- 11Provide account information to regional supervisor and credit agencies
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 21 year of relevant experience
- 3Ability to read and write basic instructions
- 4Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
- 5Beginner experience with Microsoft Office
- 6Valid driver's license
- 7Prior rental property experience preferred
- 8Knowledge of fair housing laws
- 9Understanding of Section 42 requirements
- 10Strong communication and interpersonal skills
