What You'll Do11
- 1Support Production Operations Manager in overseeing all production employees and temporary staff
- 2Plan jobs and labor based on priority levels
- 3Generate revenue and labor reports in inventory warehouse management system and adjust labor as needed
- 4Communicate daily with staffing agencies to plan labor for the next day
- 5Understand and read job specifications
- 6Coordinate setups and breakdowns of production lines
- 7Assign jobs to Leads
- 8Coach and train Leads on production goals and labor needs
- 9Provide ongoing training and support for Leads and other production staff
- 10Comply with company policies procedures and safety rules
- 11Maintain good English written and verbal communication skills
Requirements5
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent or combination of education and experience
- 2Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3Bilingual
- 4Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certifications and experience
- 5Good arithmetic skills
