Requirements10
- 1Graduate of accredited nursing school with BSN
- 2RN-California license with BLS and ACLS certification
- 35+ years ICU experience with supervisory roles
- 4Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
- 5Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- 6Ability to handle confidential patient information
- 7Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 8Experience with hazardous drug handling per NIOSH guidelines
- 9Commitment to exceptional customer service
