- 5Process corporate mandates such as pull lists hold/destroy tasks and key surveys
- 6Maintain visual merchandising standards and order replenishment cycles
- 7Supervise staff training and development while preserving a positive workplace culture
- 8Ensure asset protection and adherence to safety protocols throughout store operations
- 9Collaborate with Store Managers on scheduling and performance management
- 10Deliver consistent storefront presentation and customer experience
- 11Implement loss prevention strategies and maintain clean store environments
Requirements11
- 15+ years managing retail operations in similar environments
- 2Strong leadership abilities with proven track record of team development
- 3Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management platforms
- 4Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- 5Physical stamina to handle lifting requirements and prolonged standing
- 6Certification in retail management or hospitality programs preferred
