Overview
Seeking an Assistant Store Manager to oversee store operations and team development. You will assist with daily activities and customer interactions while ensuring compliance with corporate directives.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
- 2Help customers positively and address concerns
- 3Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery trucks to stockroom and sales floor
- 4Perform opening and closing procedures
- 5Process corporate directives including pull hold destroy task compliance surveys
- 6Maintain promotional effectiveness of store front fixtures
- 7Assist in ordering merchandise and processing damaged items
- 8Record keeping including payroll scheduling and cash transactions
- 9Protect company assets and maintain store cleanliness
- 10Supervise and train store associates
- 11Ensure positive safe respectful environment
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2Ability to read operational directives
- 3Store management experience in retail grocery or drug store
- 4Ability to lift 55 lbs
- 5Strong communication interpersonal and written skills
- 6Experience working in high-energy team environment
- 7Exceptional customer service organizational and communication skills
- 8Problem solving and decision making abilities
- 9Ability to work in Las Vegas Nevada location
Salary Insight
$31 - $33k per year
