Assistant Manager AIOC San Francisco
Overview
You will own asset coordination at AIOC delivering guest experience. Responsibilities span real-time asset adjustments monitoring operations and cross-team collaboration. This role differs by focusing on asset lifecycle management and strategic optimization across airport operations.
What You'll Do11
- 1Make real-time asset assignment adjustments based on operational conditions and SFO policies
- 2Monitor aircraft movement systems and adjust schedules daily
- 3Work within technical applications to optimize gating and parking assignments
- 4Direct field response teams to address operational issues
- 5Collaborate with AIOC planning section using aircraft and passenger flow forecasts
- 6Coordinate with Ground Towers to maintain ramp operations
- 7Coordinate with airlines on gate availability and requests
- 8Utilize traffic flow tools to monitor bus and shuttle operations
- 9Deliver asset utilization information to leadership
- 10Share knowledge about disruptions and contingency plans
- 11Maintain situational awareness of all operational conditions
Requirements5
- 1Education: Baccalaureate degree from accredited institution
- 2Experience: Three years full-time equivalent in administrative roles
- 3Experience: Additional qualifying experience may substitute for education
- 4Desirable: Understanding of airport operations strategies
- 5Desirable: Strong asset management background
