What You'll Do7
- 1Run daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Engineering, stepping in as acting GM when needed.
- 2Own the guest experience by monitoring SALT scores, online reviews, and implementing action plans that lift satisfaction.
- 3Drive financial performance by analyzing RevPAR, ADR, labor reports, and using Hotel Effectiveness to optimize scheduling.
- 4Lead, coach, and retain a high-performing team through regular one-on-ones and performance feedback.
- 5Ensure Hilton brand standards are met with daily property walks, QA inspections, and safety compliance.
- 6Collaborate with Sales to maximize occupancy and build community partnerships that boost revenue.
- 7Handle guest issues and service recovery quickly, turning problems into loyalty wins.
Requirements7
- 13-5 years of progressive hotel leadership experience, with roles like AGM, Operations Manager, or Front Office Manager preferred.
- 2Hilton experience strongly preferred, plus full-service hotel background.
- 3Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred.
- 4Ability to stand for entire shifts and lift up to 20 pounds.
- 5Skilled at evaluating options quickly and staying calm under pressure.
- 6Proven ability to read financial data, including P&L statements, RevPAR, and labor metrics.
- 7Experience with Hotel Effectiveness or similar labor management tools.
