Requirements9
- 13+ years restaurant management in high-volume or fast-casual settings
- 2High School Diploma or GED required
- 3Associate degree preferred
- 4Bilingual English Spanish proficiency
- 5Strong leadership and team development abilities
- 6Detail-oriented and organized multitasker
- 7Knowledge of FOH and BOH operations
- 8Operational decision-making experience
- 9Tech-savvy with POS, KDS, Dayforce, and Microsoft Office
