What You'll Do9
- 1Act as acting general manager when the general manager is not in the store
- 2Set and adjust shift priorities communicating expectations for operations teamwork and guest service
- 3Guide staff to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
- 4Reinforce company policies safety practices and maintain respectful work environment
- 5Support staffing needs document performance concerns and partner with GM and HR
- 6Ensure smooth daily operations across retail fuel and kitchen while delivering Wicked Awesome Customer Service
- 7Maintain Clean and Bright Stores standards and Fresh Delicious and Ready food standards
- 8Complete key operational tasks including cash handling inventory merchandising and gas price monitoring
- 9Prepare accurate reports resolve guest concerns promptly
Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or GED
- 2Basic computer and system skills POS email reporting tools
- 3Strong communication skills active listening and clear direction
- 4Flexible schedule willingness to be on call
- 5Level 1 ServSafe Certification after hire with company support
- 6Previous retail food service or leadership experience preferred
- 7Physical stamina walking standing bending stooping climbing squatting lifting up to 50 lbs
- 8Exposure to hot cold temperatures weather and store atmosphere
- 9Travel requirements based on business needs
