What You'll Do9

  • 1Review and evaluate organizational effectiveness goal determination and strategic planning
  • 2Assist the Director with developing coordinated plans and policies resources and mission
  • 3Provide guidance to agencies and the public regarding applicable laws and rules
  • 4Supervise subordinate personnel handling hiring workload and performance evaluations
  • 5Monitor agency budgets including revenues expenditures and projections
  • 6Communicate with media respond to press inquiries and coordinate with government officials
  • 7Recruit select onboard and train employees while supporting professional development
  • 8Set expectations measure progress provide feedback and evaluate employee performance
  • 9Ensure adherence to quality standards deadlines and proper procedures
