As Client Director, you own the client relationship for an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and growth. You lead a team delivering Business Insurance solutions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You operate from any Michigan hub: Grand Rapids, Troy, or Livonia, with a hybrid schedule.

- 5Maintain a book of business that meets or exceeds size targets over time.

- 7Drive problem resolution for client issues, applying Microsoft Office tools.
- 8Track client metrics and adjust strategies to optimize retention.
Requirements7
- 110+ years in commercial lines insurance industry.
- 23+ years in client management responsibilities.
- 3Proven experience establishing strategy and direction for commercial programs.
- 4Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- 6State Property/Casualty insurance license required.
- 7Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
