Requirements10
- 1High school diploma valid driver’s license
- 2Minimum 3+ years professional management experience lease-up properties multifamily housing Active Adult hospitality
- 3Experience maintaining financial records budget management
- 4Proficient YARDI property management software
- 5Skilled in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook
- 6Effective communication conflict navigation
- 7Familiarity with Fair Housing ADA Fair Credit Reporting Act regulations
