Overview
The Assistant Community Manager will lead daily operations at a 280 unit family community in Sacramento. This non exempt role offers a competitive salary starting at $26-$28 per hour. You will ensure regulatory compliance and support community goals.
What You'll Do11
- 1Maintain compliance with LIHTC and related housing programs
- 2Process accurate paperwork and submit applications within two weeks
- 3Conduct regular aging receivables reviews and collect balances
- 4Support financial reviews and expense monitoring
- 5Post resident rent and subsidy payments
- 6Develop marketing strategies and track traffic activities
- 7Handle resident complaints and address safety hazards
- 8Coordinate with community managers on waitlists and leasing
- 9Utilize YARDI Voyager for operational efficiency
- 10Ensure proper PPE usage during tasks
- 11Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements5
- 1Minimum six months on site property management experience at Tax Credit Section 42 properties
- 2Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- 3Valid driver’s license from California
- 4High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 5Experience with YARDI Voyager is a plus
