What You'll Do9
- 1Lead and develop all aspects of the Women’s Golf program aligned with university goals
- 2Establish and maintain a program culture reflecting PLNU’s mission and student development priorities
- 3Recruit, evaluate, and retain student-athletes meeting academic and lifestyle expectations
- 4Design training and competition strategies to maximize team performance
- 5Mentor student-athletes for academic success and graduation outcomes
- 6Collaborate with athletic department staff and campus partners
- 7Promote the program to enhance student body engagement and community support
- 8Manage program operations including scheduling and administrative coordination
- 9Perform additional duties as assigned to support athletic department initiatives
Requirements5
- 1Coaching experience preferred but not required
- 2Ability to understand student involvement in a Christian higher education setting
- 3Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement
- 4Physical stamina to work outdoors and lift equipment up to 25 pounds
- 5Strong communication skills for engaging students families and stakeholders
