What You'll Do8
- 1Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department
- 2Direct smooth efficient cost-effective operation including labor management supervision of services scheduling inventory control
- 3Manage delivery and measurement of guest service within assigned departments consistent with core service standards and brand attributes
- 4Provide management support in oversight of assigned shift to ensure quality service
- 5Coordinate requisition process and stocking of beverage outlets to maximize revenue
- 6Guide and counsel beverage employees ensure proper scheduling
- 7Provide recommendations to management on daily operational issues
- 8Perform other job-related duties as requested

- 121+ years of age
- 2High School Diploma or GED
- 3Associate's degree in F&B or Culinary Arts preferred
- 42+ years of prior relevant experience
- 5Work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
