What You'll Do9
- 1Conduct investigations into fuel related losses including payment fraud and pump manipulation
- 2Analyze POS transactions and fuel system data to identify suspicious patterns
- 3Build and maintain cases on repeat offenders with documentation for prosecution
- 4Partner with law enforcement on fuel theft cases and prepare evidence
- 5Develop training for store teams on fuel theft prevention
- 6Track fuel theft trends across stores to identify high risk locations
- 7Provide guidance on investigative techniques and analytical processes
- 8Assist in testing new loss prevention tools and techniques
- 9Support broader asset protection initiatives as required
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s Degree in criminal justice or related field with 3-5 years retail asset protection experience
- 2Fuel industry experience preferred
- 3Proficiency with Zebra exception based reporting systems
- 4Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- 5Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- 6Experience with ORC investigations and law enforcement coordination
- 7Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
