  • 6Conduct thorough theft apprehensions following legal compliance protocols
  • 7Investigate criminal activity and preserve evidence for law enforcement collaboration
  • 8Lead internal investigations and provide documentation for operational risk reduction
  • 9Provide guidance on audit findings to improve store security measures
  • 10Maintain compliance with EAS and emergency exit procedures
  • 11Develop strategies to minimize shrinkage and enhance overall store profitability

Requirements10

  • 1High School Diploma with 1-2 years relevant experience
  • 2Ability to stand sit and lift 25 pounds independently
  • 3Morning afternoon evening availability seven days weekly
  • 4Valid salesperson license or ability to obtain within 60 days
  • 5National certified training program completion
  • 6Professional accreditation in asset protection or related fields
  • 7Associate degree in Psychology Criminal Justice or related discipline
  • 81-2 years retail investigation experience
  • 9Proficiency with physical security systems CCTV EAS
  • 10Track record of investigating organized crime asset protection cases
