Overview
Provide security for a financial institution with visible patrols and customer service at a local branch. Join a collaborative team and participate in a flexible, part time schedule through our shift platform. This role focuses on deterrence, incident response, and ensuring safety while delivering service to employees, visitors, and vendors.
What You'll Do6
- 1Lead regular armed patrols of the facility and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity
- 2Respond to alarms and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner and escalate per site procedures
- 3Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document unusual activity and policy violations
- 4Maintain readiness of equipment and complete patrol and incident documentation per site requirements
- 5Provide customer service and security procedures in accordance with financial institution policies and emergency response activities
- 6Utilize shift platform to view and claim additional shifts and manage schedules
Requirements8
- 1Possess an armed guard card or license
- 2Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Background check in accordance with laws
- 5Possess CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- 6Customer service experience preferred
- 7Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only
- 8Background investigation and drug screen as required by law
