Overview
The Area Director of Revenue Management (ADORM) drives top-line revenue across multiple hotels by optimizing pricing and leading revenue strategy. This role serves as the commercial strategist for assigned properties while collaborating with marketing sales and operations. It ensures tactical execution and data integrity across all revenue systems and distribution platforms.
What You'll Do22
- 1Lead pricing strategy across transient group and wholesale segments through collaboration with sales and ops
- 2Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve optimal mix and maximize RevPAR
- 3Facilitate weekly revenue meetings and quarterly business reviews
- 4Analyze competitor data and market trends to inform strategy
- 5Budget and forecasting build with accuracy
- 6Contribute to partner platform performance including vendor audits OTA reviews and special campaigns
- 7Deliver executive summaries and recaps on performance for owners and executives
- 8Lead strategic initiatives to drive ancillary revenue ensuring total revenue performance across all profit centers
- 9Manage and execute rate loading restrictions and stop-sell actions across RMS CRS PMS and third party sites
- 10Perform daily audits to ensure data accuracy and rate integrity across systems
- 11Execute promotional offers and digital rate campaigns in coordination with marketing
- 12Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of system issues (PMS CRS OTA platforms)
- 13Maintain content policies and inventory accuracy in all revenue platforms
- 14Support onboarding of new systems or team members as needed
- 15Manage third-party relationships to optimize performance and reporting
- 16Prepare ownership reporting decks and commentary on performance trends
- 17Partner with digital marketing distribution and operations teams on alignment
- 18Maintain detailed historical records and forecasting accuracy
- 19Coordinate initiatives that support total revenue opportunities including on-property revenue centers
- 20Support P&L review budget builds and owner-facing presentations with data insights and commentary
- 21Maintain USALI segmentation across all systems
- 22Audit of all platforms for content parity
Requirements6
- 15+ years in hotel revenue management; multi-property experience preferred
- 2Strong command of revenue tools including RMS CRS PMS and BI systems and third-party platforms
- 3Experience managing digital distribution and OTA strategy
- 4Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 5Highly organized collaborative and solutions-focused attitude
- 6Incentive eligible compensation ranging from $125,000 to $160,000
