Overview
You own the enterprise-wide standards for Architecture as Code (AaC), defining the C4 modeling standards and driving AaC's rollout as the foundation of the organization's Path-to-Build process. You lead the evolution of AaC from a modeling tool into an enterprise architecture intelligence platform. Working with a team of architects and engineers, you integrate governance and compliance checks into the development pipeline. This role demands senior judgment on architectural compliance and strategic direction.
What You'll Do6
- 1Set the C4 modeling standards across the enterprise
- 2Drive the firm-wide rollout of Architecture as Code supporting the Path-to-Build process
- 3Lead the evolution of AaC into an enterprise architecture intelligence platform
- 4Integrate architectural governance and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines
- 5Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure standards are followed
- 6Make final judgment calls on architectural compliance and exceptions
Requirements6
- 15+ years as a solution or enterprise architect
- 2Hands-on experience with Architecture as Code tools and C4 modeling
- 3Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or another scripting language
- 4Experience with AWS or Azure cloud architectures
- 5Track record of driving organizational change and adoption
- 6Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

$146 - $166k per year
