What You'll Do5

  • 1Greet guests and provide friendly assistance in a fast-paced arcade environment
  • 2Operate point-of-sale systems and process cash, credit, and vouchers accurately
  • 3Load tickets and prizes into machines and restock displays to support sales goals
  • 4Explain arcade games and products to guests to drive engagement and adoption
  • 5Troubleshoot token or ticket jams and assist with minor game maintenance and moving equipment

Requirements5

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
  • 3Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
