Overview
Own guest experience at a family entertainment center with a focus on safety, service, and accurate transactions. What You'll Do5
- 1Greet guests and provide friendly assistance in a fast-paced arcade environment
- 2Operate point-of-sale systems and process cash, credit, and vouchers accurately
- 3Load tickets and prizes into machines and restock displays to support sales goals
- 4Explain arcade games and products to guests to drive engagement and adoption
- 5Troubleshoot token or ticket jams and assist with minor game maintenance and moving equipment
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
- 3Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 4Basic math and cash-handling skills
