Application Engineer - CT/X-ray Inspection
Overview
You will own customer CT/X-ray inspection projects from feasibility through delivery, working hands-on with VGStudio MAX and related CT analysis tools to solve real-world inspection challenges in batteries, semiconductors, consumer electronics, and advanced manufacturing. You will join a technical, quality-focused team where collaboration and continuous learning are valued. This role offers direct hire stability and exposure to advanced inspection technologies.
What You'll Do6
- 1Run feasibility evaluations and select technical solutions for CT and X-ray inspection projects.
- 2Master product operating principles and apply them to inspection workflows.
- 3Write operating procedures, user guides, and technical documentation for inspection processes.
- 4Interpret customer inspection standards to complete precise and accurate inspection tasks.
- 5Record, organize, archive, and report inspection data per customer and project requirements.
- 6Analyze inspection data using VGStudio MAX and other CT analysis tools.
Requirements6
- 11+ years of hands-on experience in CT or X-ray inspection.
- 2Familiarity with non-destructive testing principles and industrial CT systems.
- 3Proficiency in VGStudio MAX for advanced CT data analysis.
- 4Ability to create technical documents and training materials.
- 5Background in engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
- 6Customer-facing experience in an inspection or testing environment.
