Overview
The APD Writer will own development of high quality well structured strategic advanced planning documents for the MES program. This hybrid interview only role supports the Division of Health Benefits Medicaid Advanced Planning Office. The position focuses on drafting CMS submittal letters and integrating business engagement.

Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading data engineering initiatives
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification required
- 5AWS Certified cloud credentials mandatory
- 65+ years experience with healthcare data platforms
- 73-5 years working with CMS submission workflows
- 8Proven ability to deliver high volume strategic documents
