What You'll Do9
- 1Stand greet qualify and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm
- 2Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance
- 3Verify applications process leasing paperwork and ensure accurate documentation
- 4Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects
- 5Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement
- 6Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations
- 7Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement
- 8Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks
- 9Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor
Requirements7
- 1Minimum 2 Year(s) previous experience leasing conventional apartments
- 2Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
- 3Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- 4Positive attitude flexibility and a polished professional appearance
- 5Flexible schedule weekends
- 6Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 7Bilingual English Spanish required
