We seek an experienced Anesthesia Technician to provide critical support across all anesthesia locations. What You'll Do11
- 1Own and operate patient monitoring equipment across OR Cath Lab and ICU settings
- 2Set up and calibrate anesthesia machines before patient contact
- 3Perform daily sterilization and disinfection of all equipment
- 4Lead troubleshooting sessions for complex monitoring systems
- 5Drive process improvements in patient safety protocols
- 6Maintain inventory accuracy for anesthesia supplies
- 7Collaborate with nursing staff on perioperative workflow optimization
- 8Train new hires on equipment operation and safety standards
- 9Develop standardized checklists for pre-procedure equipment verification
- 10Analyze incident reports to identify systemic safety improvements
- 11Participate in departmental quality initiatives and compliance audits
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience with anesthesia equipment in high-volume clinical settings
- 2ASATT Certified Anesthesia Technician credential preferred
- 3High School diploma or equivalent recognized credential
- 4Proficient English communication skills for patient and team interactions
- 5Certification in Basic Life Support from AHA or equivalent provider
- 6Familiarity with AWS and Kubernetes platforms for system integration
- 7Ability to work flexible hours including occasional nights and weekends
- 8Strong analytical abilities for interpreting equipment performance data
- 9Experience with React for developing internal documentation tools
- 10Knowledge of Spark and Airflow for data pipeline management
- 11Understanding of Kubernetes for scalable cloud infrastructure deployment
