Overview
Lead advanced analytics initiatives in Branch Oversight & Support to evolve Front Line Monitoring from a rule-based system to an AI-driven platform. Drive end-to-end analytics lifecycle, governance, and risk clarity at scale with an agent-enabled approach. Collaborate with risk, business, and technology partners to shape FLM’s target-state lifecycle and deliver high-impact insights. Bring a hands-on technologist mindset to build reusable, scalable solutions and develop an AI-fluent analytics team.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build next-gen monitoring capabilities by shifting to AI-driven anomaly detection and faster risk insights.
- 2Design and own end-to-end analytics lifecycle from problem framing to insight delivery in a scalable environment.
- 3Lead AI initiatives and agentic workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining governance standards.
- 4Partner with senior leadership to translate analytics into actionable risk decisions and improved clarity.
- 5Scale the analytics platform across multiple lines of business and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements5
- 17+ years of analytics experience or equivalent
- 23+ years of leadership experience in analytics or risk tech teams
- 3Strong in Python and SQL with working knowledge of SAS and modern visualization tools
- 4Track record of delivering automated risk monitoring or surveillance solutions
- 5Experience working with risk, front line, governance, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions
Salary Insight
$139 - $239k per year
