Overview

The Field Analyst is an on site IT role supporting end user technology and network infrastructure for remote users, corporate, and retail locations. You will manage endpoint devices, POS systems, printers, handheld devices, and network infrastructure including fiber and copper cabling. Lead small projects, document processes, train contractors, and drive improvements to deliver a standout guest and employee experience.

What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and troubleshoot onsite and remote support for endpoint devices, network, wireless, telecommunications, and infrastructure systems to ensure reliable service.
  • 2Design and administer enterprise infrastructure platforms including switching, wireless, NAC, and SD WAN, to support business operations.
  • 3Manage end to end ITSM ticket workflows and service level expectations to close issues efficiently.
  • 4Provide exceptional customer service to users and partners while resolving complex endpoint, network, and infrastructure issues.
  • 5Install and maintain fiber, copper, and structured cabling infrastructure including patching and testing.
  • 6Support deployments and readiness for new locations renovations seasonal operations and events.
  • 7Monitor network health investigate outages perform root cause analysis and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal teams.
  • 8Lead small to medium technology projects including hardware refreshes and site upgrades to improve reliability and performance.
  • 9Maintain technical documentation including diagrams inventories procedures standards and support documentation.
  • 10Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support infrastructure deployment maintenance and repairs.

  • 9Ability to balance operational support with long term infrastructure improvements and modernization
  • 10Ability to sit stand for extended periods lift up to 50 pounds and work weekends holidays or after hours as needed
