Overview
Lead investment performance reporting initiatives for the Advice & Wealth Management segment at Ameriprise Financial. Own analytics and reporting infrastructure while collaborating across business units to enhance performance data quality and user experience.
What You'll Do11
- 1Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop investment products and ensure compliance
- 2Provide data quality oversight and escalation support for performance reporting operations
- 3Maintain test coverage across performance tools to ensure cohesive audit protocols
- 4Participate in performance verification for third-party investment manager data
- 5Own performance reporting tools for client and product performance dashboards
- 6Work remotely from Charlotte NC or Troy MI with daily virtual collaboration via Microsoft Teams
- 7Drive improvements in front-end reporting experiences through analytical insights
- 8Develop and document business requirements for reporting systems and processes
- 9Supervise backup processes for day-to-day reporting operations
- 10Contribute to regulatory compliance documentation for investment performance metrics
- 11Support multi‑project initiatives with minimal supervision
Requirements11
- 13+ years financial services experience with bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2Certification in Investment Performance Measurement or Chartered Financial Analyst
- 3Proficiency with Pershing X First Rate InvestCloud Envestnet Morningstar Direct FactSet
- 4Experience with GIPS standards and performance calculation methodologies
- 5Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interactions
- 6Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
- 7Experience with cloud-based portfolio accounting platforms
- 8Visa eligibility for US employment without sponsorship
- 9Leadership mindset with influence‑based management style
- 10Familiarity with broker dealer operations and wealth management technologies
